Degree/Diploma in Cosmetic Science/Chemistry required in order to satisfy this role. Experience of working in a commercial environment/Laboratory will be desireable. In depth knowledge of toxicology and safety and working knowledge of regulatory environment. Good report writing and communiction skills.
Duties will include prepartion of safety reports, consulting with supiers on legality of products and labelling. Research toxicology profiles of ingredients. managing the day to day running of R&D Laboratory. Product Development including gels, creams, lotions. Implementation and policing internal Quality Control procedures.
