We require an experienced Team Leader to manage a small customer service team. Your role will be to motivate the team, keep them informed of developments with each project and to provide quality customer service to all clients.
You will be responsible for improving efficiency and generating revenue, accurate reporting and quality must be paramount in all your work. This role involves intensive communication with Account Managers, the IT Department and other members of management so good communication is essential.
In the main the team deals with incoming customer calls although on occasion some outbound calls may be required. You should be IT literate and be able to understand new data input programmes without extensive instruction.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer focussed environment, have experience of leading and managing other people and be self-motivated and very disciplined in your work.
