Proactive sales co-ordinator and administrator required to take on responsibility in this new role for communication between end clients, internal operational staff and external sales representative to ensure a seamless and quality service is delivered to clients.
You should have exceptional communication skills and really understand what good customer service is all about. You will be expected to take advantage of potential sales opportunities and capitalise on these when appropriate. You should be willing and quickly able to understand the company's product range to enable you to deal with sales enquiries efficiently.
You must have good admin/office experience including working with all Microsoft Packages - a knowledge of Sage would be useful - not essential as this can be trained.
