Production Shift Manager required - this unique position is open for ongoing development and continuous improvement in a high volume food processing environment. Building your own team through highly effective staff management will mean that you can develop your achievements in line with company targets.
You will have a proven track record as either a Department Manager or Supervisor. Hours of work are variable and you must therefore be totally flexible in this regard. Outstanding leadership qualities will come as the standard.
This is a permanent night shift which runs from 18:00 – 03:00 and includes primary processing through to packing, despatch and hygiene with approx 120 staff. Your role will encompass managing all factory floor activities, production output targets and quality, ensuring correct costing of labour.
You must be comptuer literate and ideally have Advanced Food Hygiene and Health and Safety qualifications.
